New SOIVRE Control Program in Spain Effective 12 April

As of 12 April, Spain will implement an enhanced control program under the supervision of the Servicio Oficial de Inspección, Vigilancia y Regulación de las Exportaciones (SOIVRE).

This program applies to the import and export of selected goods and is aimed at ensuring compliance with Spanish and EU regulations regarding product safety, quality, and labeling.

Scope – HS Codes

Companies are strongly advised to verify whether their products fall within the relevant HS classifications subject to SOIVRE controls.
